Returns & Refunds
For hygienic reasons all baby socks products are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on baby socks unless there was an error involved on our behalf. We will gladly replace defective products at no additional charge, if notified of the problem within 14 days of receipt of the item.We have the right to deny returns on any orders that are returned to us without prior approval or if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
All Sale or discounted merchandise is also considered final sale. Other merchandise aside from baby socks and non-Sale products can be returned at full price within 14 days of purchase with the following requirements:
- You must notify lil’etiquette before attempting a return - unsolicited returns will not be accepted. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery of your purchase.
- Returned merchandise must be in original condition and in the original packaging, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original lil’etiquette sales receipt. Opened merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. Merchandise that you purchased from locations other than this site will not be accepted. Additionally, merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned under this policy to any other location. All purchases of sale or discounted items are final. No returns or exchanges will be honoured for sale items.
- You will be responsible for shipping fees related to your exchange or returns to and from our Distribution Center (DC) unless there was an error involved on our behalf. The shipping fees will be deducted from your credit should you decide to return the item purchased in its original condition and within the terms of our return policy. If your order qualified for "Free Shipping" we will deduct our "Regular Shipping" rate to your credit.
We offer refunds only in the form of a “lil’etiquette credit” excluding delivery costs, unless there was an error involved on our part, in which case we will refund the purchase to your original form of payment. Your “lil’etiquette credit” will be in the form of a personal Coupon Code which you will be able to use on your next purchase. Coupon Codes are valid for 60 days on one-time purchases only; purchases must be of equal or greater value than coupon amount and are non-transferable.
Due to the costly nature of shipping, International orders (orders delivered outside of the USA) are not eligible for return and considered final sale.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure your items are eligible for return or exchange. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. Once the return is approved, ship it back to us at the address below:

To protect yourself, we recommend that you return merchandise to us through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS registered mail). Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. We do not accept returns via COD.
